Steering Enterprise Sales at monday.com

Browning joined monday.com with a clear mission: elevate their enterprise go-to-market strategy. Within just three months, her impact earned her a promotion to Regional VP of Enterprise Sales, a role in which she now leads the company’s GTM efforts for some of the world’s most complex customers.

“In a recent promotion announcement, Browning wrote, “From speed to execution, ownership and impact… the art of scale,” reflecting the mindset that defines her approach to leadership.

Under her guidance, monday.com is rapidly evolving from a product-led champion into a full-fledged enterprise solution, transforming the way global teams manage operations.

Prior to joining monday.com, Browning spent more than 12 years at LinkedIn, holding leadership roles across Talent Solutions, Sales Development, and Global Client Partnerships. These experiences gave her deep fluency in team alignment, scalable sales processes, and people-first leadership.

Her philosophy emphasizes the importance of agility and engagement:

“In this ever-evolving business landscape, our teams are expected to be adaptable, engaged, aligned, and agile to actively support the ‘why’,” she shared during a recent monday.com kickoff.

Her leadership style merges operational efficiency with human insight, especially critical when guiding teams through organizational change.

Coaching Startups, Supporting Founders

Beyond corporate leadership, Browning is a passionate startup advisor and angel investor. Browning supports early-stage and underrepresented founders as a mentor and angel investor, including through programs like FoundersBoost, where she has helped promote and support cohort recruitment.

From investor readiness to sales motion design, she delivers pragmatic frameworks to help founders build momentum early. Her advisory work often centers around:

  • Crafting investor-friendly GTM plans

  • Hiring and structuring first sales teams

  • Developing a sales culture rooted in empathy and accountability
