Beyond software, Padilla is on a mission to democratize AI literacy. He volunteers with underserved youth, teaching AI fundamentals and helping them build their own agentic tools. He also maintains a suite of open-source libraries that developers can use to experiment with sales-focused AI agents.

“It’s not enough to just build great products. We need to build opportunities too.”

That mission is woven into every part of the business, from documentation to design. With the launch of Buena AI’s self-service beta this summer, users will be able to train custom AI-SDRs in minutes using a conversational interface, no engineering background required.
