She Built a Six-Figure Business by 23 – Now She’s Teaching Women to Lead Without Burning Out

She built a six-figure company by 23. Now she’s helping other women stop winging it and lead like the CEOs they already are.

From Guesswork to Strategy: Why Alexa Built Her Firm

When Alexa Wilkinson launched her strategic advisory firm, she wasn’t chasing trends, she was building the solution she wished existed.

At just 23, Alexa had already scaled her company, Alexa Wilkinson LTD, to multiple six figures while navigating the life-changing shift into motherhood. But her mission goes deeper than revenue. “I started this because too many women were copying others, undercharging, and burning out,” she says. “I wanted to be the person I needed, someone who could challenge me to move with clarity and strategy.”

Today, her firm helps service-based female founders step into intelligent leadership. Offering tailored 1:1 advisory and group mentorship, Alexa works globally with women ready to ditch overthinking and start building sustainably.

Redefining Success for Women in Business

For Alexa, strategy isn’t about scaling fast at any cost, it’s about scaling right. After leaving university and becoming a mum at 22, she redefined what leadership looked like for her, and, by extension, for her clients.

“Motherhood changed everything,” she reflects. “I wasn’t just building for me anymore. I had to build a business that allowed for presence, not just profit.”

That personal shift informs her signature program, Freelance to CEO, an ongoing advisory space for women who are ready to stop guessing and start leading. The results speak for themselves, her clients are breaking plateaus, raising their rates, and finally creating businesses that support the lives they want to live.

A Ripple Effect Worth More Than Revenue

While the numbers are impressive, Alexa measures success differently. “Yes, I’m proud of building a multi six-figure business,” she says. “But what really matters is the ripple effect. Women who were stuck are now leading powerfully. That’s the win.”

Her philosophy is rooted in aligned ambition, making smarter decisions, building from a place of clarity, and rejecting hustle culture as a default. In her words, “I don’t believe in hard work for the sake of it. I believe in strategic, intentional growth.”

And her vision for the future? It’s as grounded as it is aspirational. She wants to grow her community, publish a book dismantling the myths around young motherhood, and, yes, buy a pink Porsche. “Why not?” she laughs. “Women deserve to have everything they want.”

Building for Herself and the Next Generation

Alexa’s journey isn’t just about entrepreneurship, it’s about legacy. Whether she’s advising high-performing founders or raising her daughter, every move is made with intention.

“I built this to give my family a beautiful life,” she says. “But I also built it to prove that you can do things your own way. You don’t have to follow a corporate path to build something powerful.”

Through every client transformation and personal milestone, Alexa Wilkinson is leading a quiet revolution, showing that when women are deeply supported, strategic, and unapologetically ambitious, anything is possible.
